Safety & Control Systems

• Comprehensive Safety Features
  Key operation and emergency stop buttons at all control points
• Interlocking Door System:
  • Main garage door opens only when the lift is at the top or bottom
  • Basement/lower garage door opens only when the lift is at the bottom
  • All doors, including man doors, are locked while the lift is moving or between levels
• Photoelectric Sensor:
  Detects over-height vehicles on the top platform and stops movement before ceiling collision
• Dual Camera and Monitor System:
  View opposite levels while operating the lift from a single floor
• Velocity Fuses (Overspeed Valves):
  Installed in each hydraulic cylinder to instantly block fluid flow if speed exceeds a safe threshold—preventing free-fall or rapid descent
