Romax Parking Solutions proudly offers the LSPS (Lift Sliding Parking System)—an all-electric car elevating and parking system designed to efficiently store multiple vehicles by transferring them between two or more levels. The LSPS is engineered to maximize available parking space, provide secure storage, and protect valuable or collectible vehicles. It can accommodate various parking configurations, including 5 cars in 2 spaces, 8 cars in 3 spaces, or 11 cars in 4 spaces.

Innovative Design for Residential and Commercial Use

The LSPS provides seamless parking for residential garages, as well as commercial spaces needing efficient storage. Capable of housing up to 29 vehicles, this system is designed for space optimization:

• 10 vehicles on suspended platforms
• 10 vehicles in subterranean parking
• 9 vehicles parked side-by-side on ground level

The LSPS operates with simplicity and precision, resembling a puzzle as it moves cars between levels. A PLC-programmed system allows users to select a specific platform number, automatically moving that platform to ground level. This system supports simultaneous transportation of multiple vehicles between subterranean, ground, and suspended levels, requiring a garage height of at least 3.45 meters.

Flexible Sizing & Customization

The LSPS comes in a variety of sizes to accommodate different spaces and needs. Please refer to the platform measurement chart for specific dimensions. For all installations, Romax prioritizes safety, ensuring each lift is Canadian Certified under the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Additional safety packages, including double safety limit switches, light barriers, and sensors, are available upon request.

• 1-year electrical warranty
• 5-year structural warranty

An optional renewable extended warranty is also available to provide additional peace of mind.
